Job Summary:

Webguruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist with 3+ years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across major platforms, a strong understanding of digital trends, and the ability to design strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Research target audience, market trends, and competitor activities to create impactful campaigns.
    • Define KPIs and performance metrics for social media activities.
  • Content & Campaign Management
    • Work with creative and content teams to produce engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
    • Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels.
  • Community Engagement
    • Monitor, respond, and engage with the online community to build strong relationships.
    • Manage brand reputation and handle queries/feedback professionally.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
    • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Guide and mentor junior team members.
    • Collaborate with design, SEO, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experience with paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Strong creative thinking, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
