Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of inside sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. As part of the direct sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities within the US market through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
  • Pitch relevant service-based offerings to prospective US clients and close deals.
  • Work with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha for lead sourcing and pipeline management.
  • Identify pain points and offer tailored solutions through consultative selling.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for alignment and feedback loops.
  • Accurately update sales pipelines, reports, and KPIs in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of inside sales or direct sales experience, preferably in a service-based organization.
  • Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and handling the full sales cycle.
  • Proficient with tools such as Salesforce, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
  • Ability to work independently in a night shift environment aligned with US time zones.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and objection handling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
